AFTER you have received an agreement, you can request a modification to your agreement for the following reasons:

Business Rules for Modifications

Before requesting a modification, be sure you note the following business rules that apply to modified agreements.

To request a modification to an agreement:

  1. Telephone or e-mail the CO on the agreement to request a modification to the agreement.
  1. Once the CO initiates the modification, you will get an e-mail message and an alert message on the main Home page informing you that the agreement you have has a modification.
  2. Follow the steps in Responding to a Modification.
